n.a.d.s. n810 hacks
Several things need to be covered here (not yet written).

- Fix automount to always mount to /media/mmc1 (/usr/sbin/osso-mmc-mount.sh)
- Watch for headphone plugin to send 'resume' signal to canola
- Disable launch of file manager
