What to do when checking in
- Please bring this confirmation receipt to the Terminal on the day of travel.
- If you decide that you cannot make your reservation or you need to change your reservation, you will need to call the Ferry Call Center (1-800-293-3779) by at least 6pm the day prior to your sailing to cancel your sailing. If you call by 6pm, the Ferry Division will cancel your reservation(s) and refund your credit card for the amount that has been charged.
- Please arrive at the Terminal on the day of travel at least 30 Minutes prior to the departure time. If you arrive later than 30 minutes prior to departure, you will be put on standby at the discretion of the Ferry Operator and may result in your vehicle being held for a later trip on a space available basis.
- Please review the reservation information above. If the vehicle type is incorrect there may be additional charges if the actual length of the vehicle exceeds the vehicle type shown on this reservation and may result in your vehicle being held for a later trip on a space available basis.
- There are rest rooms and vending machines at all Ferry Terminals and on the Ferry. No opened containers of alcoholic beverages are allowed on the Ferry. Pets are allowed on the deck of the vessel only if on a leash. You would be responsible for clean-up after pet.
